Hey! For those of you who have never been to Club Soda, here is a picture of the stage from LaSalle's Anomali fashion show. (If you're in the deco. team, here is an idea of how big Club soda is.)

Tommy Hilfiger

http://abcnews.go.com/Nightline/video/tommy-hilfigers-comeback-11630033

Hey guys! Here is short interview with Tommy Hilfiger. I think it's really interesting how he just started his multi-billion dollar company, with only 150$. Also, while watching, analyze how he branded his company. (logo, colors, font etc.) You might also want to check his website & meet "The Hilfigers".

Lady Gaga paying tribute to Alexander McQueen at the VMA's

As soon as I saw what she was wearing I knew it was McQueen. She wore this original Alexander McQueen gown and gold feather mohawk at the VMA's to pay tribute to his death.

From head to toe this gown is so divine. From her hairdo all the way to those famous armadillo shoes. I feel as if its an extension to McQueen's Fall 2010 collection especially with the mix and blend of the trendy fall colours.

Fake Tattoos Making A Combat

I love this idea. Temporary Body Art was seen again this New York Fashion Show, at the Pamela Love Fashion show, and the Wayne Fashion Show.
These tattoos this season was inspired by nature and ethereal.

Christian Louboutin Fall – Winter 2010/2011

The main theme for the advertising campaign was Alice in Wonderland.
It's a fairy-tale with pretty shoes...can't go wrong with that!

Tory Burch fall 2010

This street chic look by Tory Burch in her fall 2010 collection definitely caught my eye from the leather jacket to the multi colored pants to the boots. There's definitely nothing to hate.

Corinne Day 1962-2010

Corinneday.co.uk/

Corinne's photos are not what one would expect from a fashion
photographer. I find them edgy, and they have an air honesty about
them. She was most known in the fashion world for her work in British
Vogue, but she has also published books chronicling her family and
friends.

She was known for developing close relationships with many of her
models, most notably Kate Moss, which allowed her access into their
world and lives, translating into the creation of candid and intimate
photos.

Dsquared2 Fall/ Winter 2010- 2011 Ad campaign

http://www.dsquared2.com/genderSelection.asp?tskay=80569BA9

Dsquared2's ad campaign for Fall/Winter 2010-2011 is very different and unique. Gives off  a museum exhibit style representing very intense pieces.  It is supposed to be a tribute to photographer Helmut Newton. Sexuality is a very big part of this collection. It is a very fierce ad campaign that definitely catches the eye.

Expecting an antelope to pop out any moment now.

This is an apartment owned by Kim Johnson, blogger for Desire to Inspire. This is a picture of her home in Ottawa where she used some sort of a wallpaper to cover the back of her living room wall and created an outdoor ambience indoor. Judging from the looks of it... it is impressive imagining yourself walking into your home and finding this view all with the help of wallpaper and some decorative pillows and a cat. :)

Michael Kors Fall/Winter 2010 Collection

I highly thought of and admired Michael Kors Fall/Winter 2010 Collection this season. It was very inspiring to see the latest fashion trends and combination of colours incorporated within his collection, and how it provided a casual presence yet a sophisticated look. I adored the materials that were used for every piece of attire.

China Glaze's new line of nail polish "Vintage Vixen" inspired by the 40's. The names of the bottles get more and more crative, such as "First Class Ticket", "Emerald Fitzgerald", and "Swing Baby". Anyone would agree this collection represents this season's colors.

Alexander McQueen spring/summer 1999

http://wefindwildness.blogspot.com/2010/02/alexander-mcqueen-springsummer-1999.html

The Alexander Mcqueen spring/summer 1999 fashion show was one of my favourites. The collections, "untitled", finale  was amazing when McQueen brings a machine and fashion together giving off an intriguing effect. McQueens fashion shows always caught my eye.

Christian Dior - CTR Fall Winter 2010/2011

This has to be one of my favourite CTR Fashion Shows for Dior. The colors John Galliano used are so vibrant and fresh. Each model looks like a packaged flower ready to blossom into something fantastic. The whole collection is conceptualized around intricacies of a flower and its features.

Galliano is a true mastermind!

Ideas, ideas, ideas

Food for thought...

A mediocre idea that generates enthusiasm will go further than an idea that inspires no one.
